Gidday Guys.
Great to see some old Pics.
It's a small world isn't it.
A Mate of mine, Rob Thomson from Albury also owned Driud's Lair. I think he was the last owner.
I beleive it went to Van Heaven after he got ripped off by a then local Mechanic who was putting a new V8 in it.
Must get Rob and Van Dad talking to each other about old times.
regards
Rusty!

Re: Heres a few old pics
great pics there
Daz is right, the first Bedi is Druids Lair, was owned by Cliff Parfitt
Dragon is a brown XC , was later painted white and blended into the murals, was a great van in its day, i looked at buying it many years ago out the back of Sunbury but it was well past its used by date.
SatAns Daughter is the red XB, was owned by Ken Philips before he had Mystic fantasy, he actually did a swap between the two.
Down further is a brown bedi and a green one, the brown one is Ken Merrits old van called Yellow Peril, talking to Ken just 2 weeks ago and he saw it on the back of a tilt tray on the way to a panel shop for a paint job in Campbellfield Vic. The green one is still around but is now a pale blue colour and still in very good nick.

Re: Heres a few old pics
Sorry Guys, it is definately not Druids Lair it is Major Tom. Druids lair did not have murals at that stage. Dragon was last seen after being picked up at a wreckers and used in the Movie Metal Skin, after which it was again taken to the scrap yard. Unfortunately it was still full dark brown then with murals and all. We tried to get the movie producers to let us look after it but to no avail.
