Hey Nigzy, just lookin at the latest pic of wild wally, another mod could be to chop the front bumper (make bumperettes) and extend the grille down.... it's been done before on others, but i think it would go well on what you've done so far..... Very Happy

The www.vannin.com website which 'newkirkinc' hangs out at,has a few pics of mine on there..Newkirkinc actually posted my version of Nautilus on there, and another vanner who owns the Dodge show van Nautique wanted me to do a cartoon version of his van aswell. So here it is....NAUTIQUE

Laughing heard this story many times about dis-coloring of the monitor
crt monitors have a deguass setting in the screen menu that has a symbol of a magnet / horse shoe look
select it & keep clicking it till it stops shaking & your monitor colors & sharpness will be good again

That's fine James.
Found out today that the whole body panel of the Fairlane has to be used to make them fit.

I can seeeeee clearly now.... I have a new monitor.... geez i luv shopping!!! Yup bought a monitor today and i can actually see that yes Nigzy, you did modify the front on wild wally..... hehehehehehehe.... just had to go back and have another look. Very Happy Gosh, everything just seems so much clearer now, i can see whole pics and details and different colours, and wow, what a difference! The degaussing that Monk suggested, well thanks, but it did nothing for my old monitor... it was just toooooooooo old. Thanks anyways and i look forward to clearly seeing some of more of your artwork.....in particular maybe a certain beeeeige van?
thanks

Re: Nigzy's artwork..

Post by Guest on 15/4/2009, 7:50 pm

Well..Ive seen heaps of pix of the Nats and am definately inspired to build a show van worthy of Top Van Overall,lol...Ive decided that my van will be a nice custom that looks like this digital drawing that I did a while ago ,called 'The Mistress'...all I need now is to source a windowless,no-rust,HQ -WB styled pano...I have been collecting parts for years, including the VK custom front, Commodore 308 engine,17 x 8 in chrome mags,GT/GS bonnet scoops..I also want a full custom dash and interior..lambo (scissor) doors, and one piece tailgate (with a difference) ...plus heaps of other subtle mods...Then its gonna be flat out to get it to the next nats...Truthfully,Im more keen on just getting to the nats and meeting all the great vanners Ive spoken to on van sites..If I manage to build this van and enter it, It'll just be a bonus to win something... regards Nigzy
