Sad Day - WB Panelvan For Sale

Post by Guest on 7/3/2009, 9:15 am

Well guys after much debate and thought I have decided to part with Wally, a family car has won, something with 4 doors power steer and air cond

So what is Wally

1983 WB 202, 4 on the floor Van,
Dual Fuel
210k's on motor,
Fresh GTS Wheels or polished Jelly Bean mags
All receipts and purchase dockets from new
One owner before me, with full serivice history and documentation of replacement parts
Rear windows, bench seat, all trim perfect or near as,
Never a work horse rear load bay is perfect not a mark or scratch on it,

A real unmolested van, only change is the rims and front ride height, all original parts come with car

Offers as really up in air on what its worth

Wally

About wally

Post by Ramble on 7/3/2009, 10:32 am

Well what can you say about a guy about to get rid of his pride and joy?
must have been a tuff choice because it looks really nice and neat.
All i can add is about ten years your gunna be sorry you sold it but then again its out there for the next enthusiast (?) to enjoy.
Id love to get it for my son but i doubt you would accept a case of beer and a pizza which is about all i could scratch up round here. lol

Anyway good luck with the sale and make sure who ever buys it is guuna look after it the way it deserves

cheers
geoff

once they gone too scrap they aint never comming back...

That's a shame you have to sell.... maybe wally can stay "in the family" and we'll continue to enjoy his company???

By the way, there's a few in this months Just Cars as well, both Ford and Holden and that orange chevy delivery for $69K in Qld is still in there too, but it's now a B&W photo, not colour....mmmmm, it does still look good.

I agree they would look great together.
Then Maz you can put an 8 in Beigy and have Wally as your economical everyday driver.

I know how you felt Van.
When i sold my ute in 2004 i watched it leave on a car trailer.
My grandparents bought it new in 1971 and i bought it in 1987 (my first car with 46,000mls on the clock).
