Wally is sick

Post by Guest on 10/10/2008, 12:53 pm

Well last weekend had him pulled aprt put new Water Pump in New Harmonic Balancer, New Oil Seal behind that, well hear nasty howling noise still, we pull it out and crank shaft has slid forward and rubbing on timing cover, Thrust washers have given up and now allowing around 8mm play in side

Ok now we have f?>ked Thrust washers spent through motor who know how much internal damage is done, my mechanic is pulling him down for me, I HAVE NO TIME with baby due in 2 weeks

What to do, motor has to come out its a 200000k's loved motor no other dramas, repair and replace or get another donk??

Not happy and feel dam sad and sick, perhaps Wally didnt like the new wheels and windows, maybe his way of saying piss off

Going away to cry,

Crying or Very sad Crying or Very sad Crying or Very sad

Gday Wally, Maybe a bit cheaper to get a new set of rings and bearings for the old man. Very Happy its only 200,000 Klms in the old days was just about run in (NOT RUN OUT) I thought Holdens ran forever and ever and ever lol! lol! lol!
