Anyone know this van?

Was talking to a bloke at a local car show today, who said he was in Sundowners and Pacific Van Club.
He said he had a few holdens, then got an Escort.
He mentioned that he had put a Monza front on it and also had an Escort trailer as well.
He also said that he had won a few trophies for it and it had a mural of a waterfall on it with some birds on the mural as well.
